Joe Consford Author is a Baptist missionary, storyteller, and writer of That’s My Goat – And Other Missionary Stories. For more than two decades, Joe and his family have served in West Africa, focusing on church planting, training national pastors, and sharing the Gospel through Bible institutes and school ministries.
From 2001 to 2015, Joe Consford Author worked in Ivory Coast and Ghana, where he experienced the joys, challenges, and unforgettable adventures of missionary life. After an 11-year season in Texas—pastoring, raising his family, and running a small-town coffee shop—Joe and his wife, Laura, are returning to Ghana to continue their calling.
