From the Field
Stories, updates, and dispatches from our family in Ghana. We write when we can. There is always a story.

Joe and Laura Consford are independent Baptist missionaries to Ghana, West Africa. They have been on the field since 2013, planting churches, training pastors, running a Bible institute, and sharing the Gospel in one of the most spiritually needy regions in West Africa.
This blog is where they tell the story. Not the polished version. The real one. The broken-down truck, the Bible study that ran three hours, the kid in the village who heard the Gospel for the first time. That is what you will find here.
If you have been looking for missionaries to Ghana who write honestly about life on the field, you found them. Joe and Laura update this blog from the road and from the field. Browse the posts above, or learn more about the Consford family and how the Lord brought them to West Africa.
